James D. Leggett, Chairman
Bishop James D. Leggett is
General Superintendent of
the
International
Pentecostal Holiness Church.
He has held this position
since 1997 and was
previously elected
vice-chairman in 1993.
Bishop Leggett has served
IPHC as pastor, conference
superintendent, and
Executive Director of
Evangelism USA. He is
a former co-chair of the
Pentecostal/Charismatic
Churches of North America
(PCCNA), and serves on
the board of directors for
the Christian Churches
Together (CCT), National Association of
Evangelicals and is a member
of Mission America, American
Society for Church Growth,
the International
Charismatic Consultation
Advisory Council, and the
Religious Alliance Against
Pornography. |

Dr. Lamar Vest,
Vice Chairman
Dr. R.
Lamar Vest serves as the
executive vice-president for
Global Scripture
Ministries for the American
Bible Society and also as a
consultant and
representative for the
Church
of God
[Cleveland, TN]
international ministries
outreach in the global Bible
translation and distribution
cause. Vest was most
recently
chancellor of the
Church of God Division of Education in
2004. Dr. Vest has served two
terms as presiding bishop of
the church (1990-94;
2000-04). He has also served
the church as general
director of Youth and
Christian Education;
director of Media
Ministries; and president of
Lee College (now Lee
University). Vest has held
the position of president of
the National Association of
Evangelicals and is
presently secretary of the
Pentecostal/Charismatic
Churches of North America
(PCCNA). Vest is
the author of What a
Life; The Church and Its
Youth; Spiritual
Renewal—The Pain and the
Glory; and Spiritual
Balance—Reclaiming the
Promise. |

Dr. Prince Guneratnam,
Secretary (Malaysia)
Dr. Prince Guneratnam has
been the senior pastor of
Calvary Church, a strong
missions church in Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia since 1972.
An Assemblies of God leader
in Malaysia, he has recently
been elected chairman of the
Christian Federation of
Malaysia, a body that
represents the Christian
community in that country.
He is vice-chairman of the
World Assemblies of God
Fellowship. He has served on
the Advisory Committee of
the Pentecostal World
Fellowship since 1986 and on
the Presidium since 1995. He
was elected secretary of the
Pentecostal World Fellowship
in 2001. |
